Oaty Bliss Balls

I’m a big fan of oats, they’re rich in soluble fiber like beta-glucans for digestive support and keeping blood sugar levels steady, as well as prebiotics to strengthen the gut. Not to mention they’re wonderful for radiant skin, as are chia seeds and goji berries.

Recipe:

Ingredients -

1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup goji berries (or any dried fruit)
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate- optional 🍫

Method -
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If your mixture is too wet add more oats, if it’s too dry add a splash of water.
Roll into balls & enjoy!
Makes approx 16 balls.
Store in the fridge.
