Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy
Out of respect for Mel and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee. Thank you for understanding.
